CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: For any booking with a stay date before March 27, 2026, please be aware that there is state-mandated construction occurring on the property. During this time, there is a strong possibility that the unit's balcony will be closed. The community pools may also have limited hours of operation. RESORT FEE & PARKING: The Summit resort charges a one-time fee of $27.00, paid directly to their office upon your arrival. This fee covers your parking pass and the wristbands required to access all community amenities. HEALTH & SAFETY: The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. THERE ARE NOT WORDS! No question will be back! Stephanie went above and beyond, was so kind, and my #1 concern was the bed but let me tell ya… SOOO COMFY! Great staff and atmosphere, easy location, and READY TO GO! She had everything I could need!!!! Hands down great experience!!!!

Stephanie’s condo was an amazing place to stay at, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute to of it. Lots of places to go to right around the condo some were in walking distance which was a big plus. Looking forward to coming back!

Stephanie was great and super responsive! The condo looked EXACTLY like the photos on the site! The amenities provided by the host were perfect - most of the things I had planned to pack I got to leave at home! Everything was clean. We were going to purchase boogie boards and soon realized we didn’t need to because they were provided. It was also nice not having to bring our own chairs and umbrella! It was my first time to PCB and it won’t be the last!! So glad I stumbled upon this condo!

We had the perfect stay! The place was very nice and just like the pictures. Very cozy! All of the amenities were awesome. This place has everything. We spent most of our time on the beach and at the pools. Every employee we encountered was so nice and friendly. Including the beach chair and umbrella, is the cherry on top! We ate at a few of the local restaurants and were very impressed. Hammerhead Fred’s is across the street in walking distance. Highly recommend! We will definitely be making this an annual trip!

STOP SCROLLING! JUST BOOK IT! Absolutely adorable place! Perfect for our family of 4! Stephanie is very responsive and one of the sweetest hosts I’ve ever had through air bnb! If there was an award for host of the year it would be hers. Loved the pools and beach front with access to beach chairs and umbrella already on the beach! Loved the big chair for photo ops with the kids and we were close to everything! We felt cozy and at home at the condo and everything we could have needed was there! From appliances to items used to cook, to shampoo, conditioner and body wash, beach towels and beach toys and more. We checked in late and the kids were hungry and snacks were waiting for us and they save the day! Best time on the beach was early morning and late afternoon so relaxing. The kids also loved the pools and having lunch onsite and drinks. We had a wonderful family vacation and first time in pcb!
